1. Main Objectives of the Company (Clause 3a)

To carry on the business of process, produce, mix, pack, preserve, freeze, bottle, extract, refine, manufacture, import, export, buy, sell, trade, improve, cultivate, grow, prepare, distribute, stockist, or deal in all kinds and types of foods, processed foods, food products, food supplements, agro foods, health and protein foods.

2. Bakery & Confectionery Scope

Processing and dealing in all confectionery items such as:

Breads, biscuits, sweets, cakes, and pastries.
Baked cookies, chocolate-filled cookies, and wafers.
Artisan fancy chocolates and premium dark chocolate truffles.
Luxury confectionery exports, toffees, chewing gum, and bubble gum.

3. Drinks, Savories & Brewery Products

Specialized objects covering traditional Indian snacks and beverages:

Muesli, corn flakes, oats, and high-fiber breakfast cereals.
Authentic Aloo Bhujia, chips, and premium Indian savory mixtures.
Tea and coffee, including single-origin Arabica & Robusta coffee beans, premium spray-dried instant coffee, and artisanal roasted coffee powder.
Soft drinks, juices, packed water, Indian craft beer, and premium lager brewery products.

4. Corporate Ancillary Powers (Clause 3b)

Matters necessary for the furtherance of main corporate objects:

Acquire movable or immovable properties, rights, or privileges.
Enter into partnerships, joint ventures, or reciprocal concessions with other companies.
Import, buy, or improve all kinds of plants, machinery, and tools.
Negotiate and enter contracts for technical collaboration, financial participation, or patent right acquisitions.
Establish branches or sister concerns within or outside India.

5. Liability of Members (Clause 4 & 5)

The liability of the member(s) is limited, and this liability is limited to the amount unpaid, if any, on the shares held by them. Every member undertakes to contribute to the assets of the company in the event of winding up.
